- Biography -

Rudi J.L. Bogaerts (b. 1964) lives and works in Ghent (Belgium). He is known for his diverse body of work, which includes paintings, drawings, assemblages, photographs, and films. He often draws inspiration from everyday observations and found objects, using them to explore social and philosophical themes in his art, without making them the subject of his work. (Tim Vanheers)
